Client provides CAD File or detailed dimention specs.

Evaluate The Profile
Our engineers will evaluate the profile to see if PP WPC fits mechanical requirements / production feasibility / production efficiency specifically for this profile.

Work With Mold Manufacturers
Our engineers will work with outsourced mold manufacturers to see if the profile design is possible to be made into Extrusion Mold.
04 Quote For The Client
If conclusion is yes to step 2 and step 3, then we will quote for the client of mold cost and material cost of the profile.
05 Start To Produce Samples
Once mold is produced (normally takes one month), it will be commissioned and adjusted, then start to produce samples which will be sent to client for approval.
06 Approved By Client
Once sample is approved by client, batch production will start.
