Shianco Composite Materials' locates in (Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China), is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Xishan Furniture Group which was established in 1998. We have a 7,000sqm workshop, and 18 extrusion lines, which are ready for mass production of different WPC decking or profiles. Engineers in tech department have over 15 years' experience in the production and R&D of WPC materials.

How To Custom PP WPC Products

  • Client provides CAD File or detailed dimention specs.
  • Our engineers will evaluate the profile to see if PP WPC fits mechanical requirements / production feasibility / production efficiency specifically for this profile.
  • Our engineers will work with outsourced mold manufacturers to see if the profile design is possible to be made into Extrusion Mold.
  • If conclusion is yes to step 2 and step 3, then we will quote for the client of mold cost and material cost of the profile.
  • Once mold is produced (normally takes one month), it will be commissioned and adjusted, then start to produce samples which will be sent to client for approval.
  • Once sample is approved by client, batch production will start.
